• Factra is a Manchester manufacturer with a difference: we make our own products and sell them through our own brands. From e-liquids and nicotine pouches to CBD and supplements, everything is developed and produced by us. We're approved by HMRC to manufacture duty-stamped products.
• Our brands include vapoholic.co.uk, one of the UK's established online vape retailers, and fitimins.com, our supplements brand. We're now launching new brands and expanding into retail and wholesale.
• We're a team of around 25 people, big enough to have our own developers, designers, copywriter and SEO specialists, and small enough that good ideas get acted on quickly.
• **The role**
• We're looking for an E-commerce Executive to drive the growth of our online brands. You'll own the day-to-day performance of our websites, using data and AI to find opportunities and turn them into results.
• You'll work across several brands, each with its own customers and challenges, with a clear route to E-commerce Manager as we grow.
• **What you'll be doing**
• **Growing sales:**
• improve product pages, landing pages and site journeys to increase conversion.
• **Running campaigns:**
• plan and launch promotions, seasonal campaigns and email campaigns.
• **Launching products:**
• bring new products and brands online with our designers, copywriter and SEO team.
• **Understanding performance:**
• use GA4, Search Console and Semrush to track results and decide what to do next.
• **Using AI:**
• find new ways to use AI tools to work faster and smarter across content, analysis and campaigns.
• **Supporting wholesale:**
• create content and campaigns that bring in new retail and trade customers.
• **Keeping things sharp:**
• keep prices, stock and product information accurate across every site.
• **What we're looking for**
• Must have:
• At least 2 years' experience working on a live ecommerce website.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Magento or a similar platform.
• Strong commercial and marketing awareness.
• Confidence with GA4.
• A keen interest in AI and how it can improve results, and you're already using it in your work.
• Nice to have:

Experience with klaviyo or another email platform

Marketplace experience, such as Amazon or TikTok Shop.
