Founded with a clear mission to dress professional women with intention, The Fold has built a loyal global community of customers who value craft, quality, and considered design over fast fashion.
- With a multi-channel presence - led by ecommerce and supported by our two London stores in Chelsea and the City – The Fold has built a loyal and growing customer base across the UK, US and internationally.
- As we enter the next stage of growth, we are investing heavily in our international expansion, commercial capability, systems, customer insight and operational infrastructure. This role is a key part of that journey.

Partnering closely with teams across the business, you'll combine creativity, commercial thinking and data-driven decision making to identify opportunities, improve performance and make a visible impact.

- Own the delivery of website launches and trading activity in line with the marketing calendar and critical path, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage products end-to-end in BigCommerce, ensuring best-in-class imagery, compelling product descriptions, accurate size and fit information, effective upsell opportunities and relevant product badging.
- Own category and collection pages, optimising SEO copy, imagery, filtering and on-site visual merchandising to deliver both a strong customer experience and commercial performance.
- Create and maintain homepage content and landing pages in Shogun, partnering closely with the Creative team to bring campaigns and brand stories to life.
- Coordinate assets and activity across teams to ensure launches are executed seamlessly and on time.

- Continuously optimise site navigation and customer journeys, identifying opportunities through reporting and customer insight.
- Deliver A/B testing activity in line with the optimisation roadmap, implementing customer-first improvements that enhance performance.
- Monitor competitor and peer activity, sharing insights, trends and recommendations with the wider trade team.
