- to join our dynamic Online Team on a
- **12-month parental leave contract**
- Supporting a portfolio of established global retail brands, you'll take ownership of website trading, CRM, digital marketing, and promotional strategies that drive revenue and customer engagement.
- This is a hands-on role suited to someone who loves analysing performance, testing new ideas, and making a tangible commercial impact in a fast-paced retail environment.
- **What You'll Be Doing**
- Own and execute the online trading and promotional calendar to drive sales growth.
- Optimise website content, merchandising, and customer journeys across Shopify Plus.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, Google, Meta, CRM, and eDMs.
- Analyse performance data and customer insights to improve conversion and customer retention.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Design, and Agency teams to deliver best-in-class online experiences.
- Lead and mentor an eCommerce Coordinator while collaborating with a high-performing digital team.
- **What You'll Bring**
- Proven experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or Online Trading.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, SEO, and
Sem
- Experience managing promotional campaigns and digital marketing budgets.
- A commercial, data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Retail, FMCG, or consumer-focused eCommerce experience highly regarded.
