  • **What Drives Success**
  • **Location: Richardson, TX (This position is 100% onsite at our headquarters in Richardson, TX, requiring attendance in-office 5 days a week, Monday-Friday)**
  • You will work alongside our global team of Product Owners, Business Solution Architects and Developers to collaborate on specifications based on stakeholder requirements, validate the proposals, and deliver the solutions.
  • **Design and Development**
  • Hands - on coding to deliver user stories , optimize and refactor code to improve performance
  • E nd to end solution s within SAP Commerce (Hybris) platform
  • Lead technical c ode review to ensure standards and requirements are met
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, integration guides, and API documentation.
  • C reat e custom skills to automate repetitive tasks and document to maintain and share context with the rest of the team and improve governance using Claude AI or similar
  • T roubleshoot complex production issues (memory leaks, thread dumps) and optimize backend services.
  • Participate in enterprise level technical design review.
  • **Release Management**
  • Take ownership of release cycles including running scrum ceremonies
  • D ocumenting and getting the change approved to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications .
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and oversee automated testing frameworks.
  • **Collaboration**
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team s to t ranslate business objectives into an executable plan .
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver intuitive and efficient user experiences
  • Guide and mentor a team of backend developers in Java/Spring best practice, code quality, and Hybris-specific development standards.

  • **What We Are Looking For**
  • 8+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of hand on development experience within SAP Commerce cloud (Hybris) platform,
  • Strong functional understanding of B2B Sales processes and concepts, exposure to Configure to Order, Engineer to Order process.
  • Hands on technical skills with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and SAP CPQ that will be utilized to define technical architecture.
  • Solid understanding of Headless Architecture using Spartacus (SAP Composable Storefront) or ReactJS based front end and OCC (Omni Commerce Connect) APIs
  • Deep proficiency in Java (J2EE) and the Spring Framework (Spring Core, MVC, Security, Integration).
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Working experience in a highly agile environment and ability to multitask
  • Strong experience in Solutioning for complex projects and background in mid to large-scale B2B SAP Commerce implementations
  • The ability to analyze complex problems, identify patterns, and develop innovative solutions
  • Experience with SAP CPQ (Configure Price Quote) module preferred.
  • **Required Skills /Qualifications**- 8 + years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of hand on development experience within SAP Commerce cloud (Hybris) platform
  • Strong functional understanding of B2B Sales processes and concepts, exposure to Configure to Order, Engineer to Order process.
  • Hands on technical skills with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)
  • Solid understanding of Headless Architecture using Spartacus (SAP Composable Storefront) or React JS based front end and OCC (Omni Commerce Connect) APIs
  • Deep proficiency in Java (J2EE) and the Spring Framework (Spring Core, MVC, Security, Integration).
  • Application development using Claude AI or similar, using structured planning, autonomous subagents, and environment management.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Working experience in a highly agile environment and ability to multitask
  • Strong experience in Solutioning for complex projects
  • Strong background in mid to large-scale B2B SAP Commerce implementations
  • The ability to analyze complex problems, identify patterns, and develop innovative solutions
  • **Nice to Have**
  • Hands on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (CCv2) Migration projects
  • Experience in full stack development with ReactJS
  • Experience in c reat ing custom skills to automate repetitive tasks using Claude AI or similar
