- **About Bossa Brasil**
- Bossa Brasil is an emerging Brazilian luxury house based in London, creating distinctive leather accessories that bring together Brazilian heritage, regional craftsmanship and contemporary European design.
- Founded by Brazilian designer Mariana Barros Campos, whose experience includes Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Giorgio Armani and Lanvin, Bossa Brasil has presented its work during Rio and Turin Fashion Weeks and will close São Paulo Fashion Week in October 2026.
- As we enter our next stage of growth, we are looking for an organised, commercially minded E-commerce & Growth Coordinator to help us build the systems behind the brand and turn increasing visibility into measurable, sustainable sales.
- **The role**
- This is a part-time freelance consultancy for someone who enjoys working closely with founders and combining e-commerce execution, CRM, reporting and digital growth.
- Working alongside our co-founders, you will help manage the weekly rhythm of our online business—from Shopify merchandising and email campaigns to customer journeys, advertising coordination and performance reporting.
- This is a hands-on coordination role rather than a purely strategic position. We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities, recommend actions and ensure that agreed initiatives are executed properly and consistently.
- **Key responsibilities**
- Maintain and optimise Shopify product pages, collections and website merchandising
- Coordinate product launches, restocks and promotional calendars
- Prepare and schedule Klaviyo email campaigns
- Monitor and improve automated customer journeys, including welcome, abandoned-cart and post-purchase flows
- Coordinate paid-social creatives and maintain an organised testing tracker
- Monitor performance across products, campaigns and customer journeys
- Prepare a clear weekly report covering revenue, conversion, average order value, advertising performance and customer behaviour
- Identify website or checkout issues that may be affecting conversion
- Organise customer feedback and abandoned-checkout insights
- Maintain wholesale, creator and customer relationship trackers
- Support customer-retention and repeat-purchase initiatives
- Work with our content support and founders to ensure that commercial priorities are reflected in the content calendar
- Keep projects, deadlines and digital assets organised
- **About you**
- Experience working with Shopify and Klaviyo
- Comfortable interpreting Meta Ads Manager reports, although advanced media buying is not required
- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and customer journeys
- Highly organised, dependable and attentive to detail
- Able to work independently and communicate clearly
- Commercially curious and comfortable making evidence-based recommendations
- Excellent written English; Portuguese or French would be an advantage
- An appreciation for luxury, fashion, craftsmanship and considered visual presentation
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
- Previous experience with an emerging fashion, accessories or lifestyle brand would be particularly valuable
- **Expected deliverables**
- A concise weekly e-commerce and performance report
- Regular Shopify merchandising and product-page updates
- Weekly email execution and CRM maintenance
- Oversight of core Klaviyo automations
- An updated launch and promotional calendar
- A structured advertising-creative tracker
- Clear monthly recommendations based on performance
- Consistent organisation of customer, creator and wholesale information
- **Working arrangement**
- This is a freelance consultancy with flexible working hours, expected to require approximately 8–12 hours per week. Most work can be completed remotely, with occasional London meetings where practical.
- The initial engagement will be for three months, with the intention of developing into a longer-term collaboration as the company grows.
- **How to apply**
- Please send the following to corporate@bossabrasil.co:
- Your CV or LinkedIn profile
- A short introduction explaining why Bossa Brasil interests you
- Examples of relevant e-commerce or growth work
- Your experience with Shopify, Klaviyo and Meta reporting
- Your availability and expected monthly fee
- We are particularly interested in meeting thoughtful, proactive people who want to help build the commercial foundations of a young international luxury house.
