• As a Frontend Infrastructure Group Leader, you will lead and own Yotpo's entire frontend domain, shape the foundations that power our frontend ecosystem, and drive engineering excellence across the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead Yotpo's frontend engineering organization, providing hands-on technical leadership and architectural directionDirectly manage and mentor frontend engineers across infrastructure and platform teams, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellenceOwn the strategic direction of frontend technology, tooling, and practices company-wideDefine and execute the frontend infrastructure roadmap in alignment with company objectivesEstablish and evolve frontend standards, guidelines, and development practices that scale across all teamsEvaluate and implement modern frontend technologies and best practices to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainabilityCollaborate cross-functionally with product, backend, design, and leadership to drive cohesive solutionsChampion frontend engineering excellence and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Required

Skills

• At least 5 years of experience managing and leading engineering teamsProven experience leading a technical domain or discipline across an organizationAt least 3 years of hands-on experience working with React in production environmentsStrong experience in frontend architecture and building scalable systemsDemonstrated ability to influence and drive technical standards across multiple teamsExcellent communication skills and the ability to shape technical direction at an organizational level
• Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
• Experience working in SaaS companiesExperience in startup environmentsExperience with Tailwind, shadcn, and Server-Side Rendering (SSR)Experience scaling frontend infrastructure in high-growth environments
