We are seeking a world-class Meta Ads performance marketing leader with a proven track record of managing and scaling substantial paid social advertising budgets across international and high-growth markets.
In this role, you will hold complete accountability for paid social acquisition strategy and execution across Meta (Facebook & Instagram). You will work directly alongside executive leadership to build scalable acquisition engines, optimize DTC funnels, and maximize overall contribution margins.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Meta Advertising Spend & Performance Ownership:**
Oversee, allocate, and scale substantial advertising budgets across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) with extreme financial discipline and relentless optimization.
**Full-Funnel Profitability & Growth Strategy:**
Drive aggressive, profitable revenue growth across our Shopify DTC store, balancing CAC, MER, ROAS, and Lifetime Value (LTV).
**World-Class Meta Campaign Architecture:**
Lead high-level strategy and hands-on execution for advanced Meta campaign structures, Advantage+ shopping setups, dynamic retargeting, and audience segmentation.
**Meta CAPI & Tracking Infrastructure:**
Own end-to-end Meta tracking, Conversions API (CAPI) setups, server-side tracking, and multi-touch attribution to ensure 100% data accuracy across consumer journeys.
**Creative Operations & CRO Engine:**
Partner closely with creative and video production teams to establish a rapid A/B testing cadence for high-converting video/static ad assets, landing pages, and offer positioning.
**Executive Leadership & Reporting:**
Deliver data-driven insights and financial forecasts directly to executive leadership. Identify strategic scaling opportunities to expand Lectron’s global market presence.
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
**World-Class Meta Ads Mastery:**
**Must be a world-class expert in Meta Ads Manager**
with a proven track record of scaling high-budget Meta campaigns for DTC e-commerce brands or top-tier performance agencies.
**Proven Growth Track Record:**
Demonstrated experience in successfully scaling paid social media campaigns for mid-to-large-scale global consumer brands or high-AOV hardware DTC stores.
**Strategic & Commercial Acumen:**
Exceptional commercial mindset with a deep understanding of unit economics, net margin contributions, inventory pacing, and scaled DTC growth dynamics.
**Technical & Analytical Mastery:**
Strong data architecture capabilities—proficient in Meta CAPI, server-side tracking (GTM), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and cohort analysis.
**Ownership Culture:**
Highly autonomous, decisive, and relentless about driving measurable, bottom-line business outcomes without needing micro-management.
