- **About the Role**
- We are looking for an experienced Retail Testing Professional to join our client's quality engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail business processes, end-to-end testing, client engagement, and retail technology platforms. The role requires working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality retail solutions across stores, e-commerce, and integration landscapes.
- **Experience**
- 6+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance with POS (point of sales)
- Strong experience in Retail and Fashion Retail domains
- Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders
- Proven experience in leading testing activities across multiple workstreams
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with clients, business users, and project teams to gather and validate requirements
- Define and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for retail applications
- Perform Functional Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, and Regression Testing
- Validate end-to-end retail business processes across online and in-store channels
- Coordinate testing activities across multiple applications and integrations
- Identify, track, and resolve defects while ensuring quality deliverables
- Participate in test planning, estimations, status reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Support UAT and production validation activities
