- **Your Tasks**
- **Role purporse: Support the Ecommerce Sales team in the day-to-day commercial execution of ecommerce customers, ensuring smooth promotion implementation, product setup, marketplace operations, and accurate sales reporting.**
- Support the planning and execution of customer promotions, including promotional mechanics, pricing, and follow-up.
- Manage Amazon ASIN creation/opening, product onboarding, content coordination, and issue resolution.
- Analyze sell-in, sell-out and promotional performance data to identify opportunities and support business recommendations.
- Support product launches, assortment updates, and SKU maintenance across ecommerce platforms.
- Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and distributors to ensure timely execution of commercial activities.
- Monitor promotional performance, sales results, stock availability, and identify execution gaps.
- Prepare regular sales, promotion, and customer performance reports.
- Support ecommerce forecasting, order tracking, and sales administration.
- Maintain accurate product and customer master data.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Support Ecommerce KAMs in Amazon, Allegro and other key ecommerce customer activities and projects.

Experience & qualification
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Ecommerce, Customer Service, or a related commercial role
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities; experience with Power BI is a plus
- Understanding of ecommerce and marketplace dynamics
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and execution skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, ASIN management, or other ecommerce platforms is a strong advantage
