• **The Opportunity**
• This SEO Specialist role puts you across some of the most ambitious retail and B2B brands in AU and NZ, with the variety and pace of agency life. One month you're rebuilding technical foundations ahead of a peak trading period, the next you're helping a B2B brand expand into new markets with GEO, backed by a team that builds with custom AI tools every day.
• You'll run your own portfolio of accounts, moving between technical audits, keyword research and content-led strategy, and owning the client conversation about why it all matters. It's a role built on real independence, with an experienced SEO team to support, collaborate and navigate complexity with you.
• **What You'll Own**
• Campaign performance & reporting: Track and analyse SEO campaigns across tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Accuranker and Ahrefs, turning the data into monthly and quarterly reports that show clients exactly what's driving their growth.
• Technical audits & keyword research: Run in-depth technical audits to catch and resolve what's holding a site back, and use keyword research to uncover the next real opportunity for organic growth.
• Content-led SEO strategy: Build data-driven strategies across on-site and off-site, using AI workflows to sharpen quality and efficiency, and working alongside senior SEO team members to keep every recommendation tied to client business goals.
• Client communication & strategy reviews: Be a clear, proactive voice for your portfolio, presenting performance reviews and leading strategy reset conversations that keep clients informed and confident in the direction.
• Craft & continuous learning: Stay on top of SEO and AI trends, algorithm updates and new tools, contributing to the AI workflows that sharpen how the whole team delivers.
• **What You'll Bring**
• What we're really looking for is a real track record driving organic growth and a genuine comfort owning the client relationship, not just the technical delivery. If you've taken a portfolio of accounts from audit through to measurable ranking and traffic gains, and kept those clients coming back, we'd love to hear from you.
• You will probably have:
• Technical SEO auditing (crawlability, indexation, site structure) and content-led strategy across on-site and off-site, using tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs and

• End-to-end campaign execution backed by strong analytical skills and clear, data-backed reporting.
• A broad view of digital commerce, covering Google Merchant Centre, GEO and multi-market considerations like hreflang and localisation.
• Practical AI literacy, picking the right tool for the task and reviewing output critically before it goes anywhere near a client.
• Comfortable managing workstreams and deadlines in a PM tool (e.g. Teamwork), across a varied portfolio.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, confident with both internal and client stakeholders.
