- **Role Overview**
- We are looking for a hands-on
- **Shopify SME**
- with strong experience in Shopify platform administration and production support. The role will support approximately
- **two Shopify environments**
- ensuring smooth operations, integrations, access management, and routine maintenance.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Setup, administer, and maintain Shopify environments.
- Manage
- **Shopify apps, users, roles, permissions, and access**
- Monitor and troubleshoot
- **APIs and third-party integrations**
- Perform routine
- **environment and data maintenance**
- Provide ongoing operational and production support.
- Troubleshoot platform, app, API, and integration issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers for issue resolution.
- Maintain technical/support documentation.
- **Mandatory Skills**
- Strong hands-on experience with
- **Shopify / Shopify Plus**
- Shopify environment administration and support.
- Shopify app and access management.
- Experience with
- **REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and integrations**
- Production support and troubleshooting experience.
- Good understanding of environment and data maintenance.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
