- **Job Description**
- Marketing Done Right is a US-based digital marketing agency (SEO, AEO, GEO, Google Ads, Web Dev/Design, Social Advertising) hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Automation & CRM Specialist to own our lead nurture, reactivation, and customer journey automation, primarily built in GoHighLevel (GHL). You will build, QA, and optimize the workflows that turn cold leads into booked appointments for MDR and our clients.
- **What you'll do**
- Build and maintain GHL workflows: email/SMS sequences, triggers, forms, tags, custom fields, pipeline stages, lead routing, and calendars
- Plan and launch reactivation campaigns against existing CRM databases to re-engage dormant leads
- Build audience segments and journey logic based on lead source, behavior, and lifecycle stage
- Run pre-launch and post-launch QA on every automation you ship
- Track and report on opens, clicks, replies, booked appointments, and reactivated opportunities, with real before/after numbers
- Maintain list hygiene, deliverability practices, and opt-out/consent handling
- Schedule MDR's own company social media content and keep the content calendar on track
- Maintain automation SOPs and documentation
- **What we need from you**
- Advanced hands-on GHL experience (or a comparable platform such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Keap, with fast credible GHL ramp-up)
- A track record of campaigns you personally built and owned, not just planned or strategized
- Strong written and verbal English
- Independent management of multiple campaigns and deadlines
