  • **Website & E-Commerce Manager – WordPress / WooCommerce**
  • **Location:** Huntington Beach, CA
  • **Who We Are**
  • From custom tents at sporting events to giant inflatable product replicas, INSTENT helps brands stand out.
  • We design, manufacture, and supply custom-branded tents, inflatable structures, event furniture, and displays. We also bring Vitabri, a European leader in professional folding tents, to the US market.
  • Our customers include promotional product distributors, marketing agencies, event companies, sports organizations, and brands buying directly from us. Some need a branded canopy. Others come to us with an idea for something they've never seen before. We help turn those ideas into products.
  • Based in Huntington Beach, our team works with customers across the country. Sales, project management, design, marketing, and production work closely together to bring each project to life.
  • We're looking for an experienced **WordPress / WooCommerce Website Manager** to take ownership of our websites and e-commerce platforms in the US and Europe.
  • **The Opportunity**
  • This is a hands-on website management position for someone who understands WordPress and WooCommerce beyond simply adding products or editing content.
  • You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of our websites, working directly with our existing developers, designers, SEO specialists, and marketing team.
  • Our websites include extensive product catalogs, customizable products, complex configurations, online ordering, lead-generation tools, and distributor resources. We are constantly introducing new products, modifying existing products, creating landing pages, improving functionality, and developing new features.
  • We need someone who can understand how everything works, identify problems, organize priorities, make many website changes directly, and manage our developers when more advanced development is required.
  • **Our core platforms are WordPress and WooCommerce.**
  • You do not need to be a full-stack developer, but you should be technically comfortable enough to troubleshoot website issues, understand plugins and themes, make front-end changes, work with product data and integrations, and communicate effectively with developers.
  • **What You'll Do**
  • **Manage Our WordPress & WooCommerce Websites**
  • Own the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of our WordPress and WooCommerce websites.
  • Create and update pages, products, categories, navigation, forms, landing pages, and website content.
  • Manage WooCommerce products, configurations, variations, plugins, and website functionality.
  • Troubleshoot website issues, resolve routine problems directly, and coordinate with developers when more advanced work is required.
  • Test new features and ensure websites remain fast, functional, mobile-friendly, and accurate.
  • **Manage Product Catalogs & Digital Platforms**
  • Manage large product catalogs including SKUs, variations, pricing, specifications, images, and accessories.
  • Coordinate product launches and ongoing product updates.
  • Work with spreadsheets, CSV imports/exports, and product data.
  • Maintain product information across industry platforms including ASI, SAGE, DistributorCentral, and other distributor systems.
  • Improve product organization, categories, filters, search, and overall product discovery.
  • **Improve UX & Website Performance**
  • Continuously identify ways to improve navigation, product pages, customer journeys, lead generation, and online sales.
  • Create page structures and wireframes and collaborate with our designers on larger projects.
  • Use GA4 and other analytics tools to identify opportunities and measure results.
  • Maintain a prioritized roadmap of website improvements and manage projects with developers and designers from concept through launch.
  • **Support SEO & Digital Marketing**
  • Work with our SEO specialists to implement technical and on-page improvements.
  • Create and optimize landing pages for Google Ads and other campaigns.
  • Support conversion tracking and work with our marketing team and outside specialists on paid digital initiatives.
  • **Required Experience**
