- **Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in business analysis, data analytics, and requirements gathering.
- Proficiency with Jira, Figma, and data analysis tools such as MS Excel.
- Ability to translate design concepts into detailed technical specifications.
- Experience writing clear Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) scenarios ("Given-When-Then").
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Proven experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience leading Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Ability to track and analyze KPIs using data visualization tools.
- **Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and UX designers to align business and technical requirements.
- Apply Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices by writing clear "Given-When-Then" scenarios to define acceptance criteria.
- Develop, review, and refine user stories, use cases, and technical specifications to ensure clarity and completeness.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and suggest improvements by coordinating with platform teams.
- Use Figma to facilitate design collaboration, communicate design elements, and ensure alignment with development teams.
- Evaluate and document impact and gap analyses for proposed system changes or enhancements.
- Assist developers by providing technical insights and supporting system refactoring initiatives to improve performance and maintainability.
- Support Business as Usual (BAU) requests and strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing digital capabilities.
- Track development progress and analyze KPIs using data visualization tools to inform decision-making.
- Support Scrum Masters and contribute to continuous improvement of Agile processes.
- Lead daily scrum calls, pre-refinement sessions, and sprint 0 planning meetings to ensure smooth project delivery.
