  • **About The Role**
  • The SEO Specialist at Amsive will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing our clients' organic search strategies. This position involves developing and implementing comprehensive SEO plans, including content optimization, technical SEO, and local search initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with account managers, content creators, and technical teams to enhance website visibility, improve search rankings, and drive qualified traffic. This role requires a blend of creative thinking and analytical skills, as well as a passion for digital marketing and staying current with industry trends. The SEO Specialist will also be responsible for conducting site audits, keyword research, and performance analysis, providing actionable insights to optimize client outcomes. This is a remote or hybrid position based in New York, NY, or Nashville, TN, with a focus on delivering measurable results and fostering client relationships through strategic SEO initiatives.
  • **Qualifications**
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field
  • 2-3+ years of experience managing or contributing to successful SEO programs, preferably within an agency setting
  • Experience with SEO for B2B and local businesses, including lead generation and location optimization
  • Proficiency with local SEO tools such as BrightLocal, Rio SEO, or similar platforms
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client and team interactions
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues and develop practical solutions
  • Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Botify, Lumar, or similar platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, and other analytics tools
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, and/or Python is a plus
  • Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to set clear expectations
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach

  • Define and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to client needs, focusing on content, technical SEO, B2B marketing, and local search
  • Conduct detailed keyword research and develop strategic keyword evaluations to inform content and optimization efforts

  • Monitor website performance using SEO and analytics tools, providing regular reports via Looker Studio, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Perform technical SEO audits, identify issues, and collaborate with development teams to implement solutions

  • Communicate SEO strategies, tactics, and performance results effectively to clients and internal teams
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies, and share insights with clients and team members
