  • **About The Role**
  • The SEO Specialist at Amsive will play a vital role in supporting and executing our organic search programs. This position involves leading SEO strategies, including content optimization and technical SEO, for our diverse client portfolio. The successful candidate will independently manage various program activities while collaborating with a larger SEO team to develop innovative solutions that enhance search visibility. This role requires a passion for digital marketing, problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a continuous desire to learn. The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical, capable of translating client needs into impactful SEO strategies, and effectively communicating these strategies to clients and internal teams. The position offers an exciting opportunity to influence search performance and contribute to the growth of our clients’ online presence.
  • **Qualifications**
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field
  • 2-3+ years of experience managing or contributing to successful SEO programs, preferably within an agency setting
  • Experience with B2B and/or local SEO, including lead generation, location optimization, and content strategy
  • Proficiency with local SEO tools such as BrightLocal, Rio SEO, or similar platforms
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interactions
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills for problem identification and solution development
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships and managing expectations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, and other analytics tools
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python is a plus
  • Experience with SEO tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Botify, Lumar, or similar platforms
  • Understanding of marketing principles and how to align SEO strategies with business goals
  • **Responsibilities**
  • Define and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to client needs, focusing on content, technical SEO, B2B marketing, and local search optimization
  • Conduct detailed keyword research and develop strategic keyword evaluations to inform content and technical decisions
  • Create search-optimized metadata and website content to improve visibility and engagement
  • Monitor website performance using various SEO and analytics tools, providing detailed reports via Looker Studio, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Perform technical SEO audits, identify issues, and collaborate with development teams to implement recommended solutions
  • Assist account managers in translating client objectives into actionable SEO strategies
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and internal teams regarding SEO tactics, strategies, deliverables, and performance metrics
  • Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO technologies, sharing insights with team and clients
  • Support and mentor analysts, fostering their growth in technical and strategic SEO skills
