- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners.
- Maintain product listings, pricing, and inventory updates.
- Handle customer inquiries, order modifications, and returns.
- Maintain daily order reports and sales records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- **Requirements:**
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and order management.
- Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
