- **Role Description**
- The Sr. E-Commerce Back Executive is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and optimizing back-office operations for e-commerce platforms. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing account performance on online marketplaces, maintaining product listings, monitoring order flows, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and ensuring timely and accurate order processing. This role also involves analyzing sales data, tracking key performance metrics, and proposing improvements to increase conversions and customer satisfaction. The Sr. E-Commerce Back Executive will collaborate with sales and marketing teams, support account management activities, and contribute to strategic planning for e-commerce growth.
- **Qualifications**
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret e-commerce data, track KPIs, and identify trends and opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Account Management experience to handle marketplace accounts, manage listings, and maintain relationships with platform representatives.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to support revenue growth, optimize product positioning, and contribute to sales strategies.
- Candidates should possess Team Management capabilities to coordinate with cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Shopify, or similar), order management systems, and basic Excel or reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in digital agencies, online retail, or e-commerce operations is preferred.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
