  • **Job Description**
  • We are a fast growing women's fashion dropshipping boutique looking for a Creative Designer who lives and breathes AI creatives. You will be the person producing the ads that drive our growth, every single day.
  • This is not a 9 to 5 role. Some days you will work 2 hours, other days 8. Some tasks are daily and time sensitive, others are flexible. We need someone who thrives in that environment, not someone who needs a rigid schedule to function.
  • We see this role as the last piece of the puzzle in our team. The right person here is what allows us to scale fast.
  • **What You Will Do**
  • Create static ad images for our products on a daily basis
  • Turn those static images into AI videos using tools like Higgsfield, Nano Banana Pro and Kling 3.0
  • Produce UGC style AI videos that feel native and convert
  • Deliver creatives for testing brand new campaigns and for feeding fresh angles into campaigns that are already running
  • Study competitor ads that we send you, spot what is working, and translate that into creatives for our own brand
  • Work closely together with our frontend VA on product pages and campaign assets
  • **What You Will Grow Into**
  • Owning the full creative pipeline from concept to finished ad
  • Building your own creative angles without waiting for a brief
  • Taking ownership of tasks directly from the store owner
  • **Who We Are Looking For**
  • Minimum 6 months of hands on experience with AI tools and AI video creation
  • Proven experience creating static images and converting them into AI video
  • A clear, repeatable workflow that you can explain, not trial and error
  • Experience in the fashion dropshipping or fashion ecommerce space
  • Experience with UGC style AI video is a strong plus
  • Experience with Higgsfield, Nano Banana Pro or Kling 3.0 is a strong plus
  • Strong competitor instinct. In the beginning we will explain what we want, but we expect you to develop your own feeling for what works fast, so we do not need to write out an SOP every single time
  • Available 7 days a week, 2 to 8 hours per day depending on workload
  • Fast responder. When something urgent comes up, you are on it
  • Young, energetic and hungry. You want to grow with the company, not just collect a paycheck
  • Strong written English and easy to collaborate with
  • Compensation: $5 to $10/hour depending on experience
