  • We are a growing US men’s clothing brand looking for a serious, highly experienced professional for a stable, long-term home. No robots allowed. We need an A-player who doesn't just copy-paste replies, but actively works to turn complaints into upsells and aggressively lower our refund and chargeback rates.   • **What You’ll Do**
  • Save Sales & Upsell: Turn return requests into exchanges/upsells using discounts and offers to keep refund/chargeback rates low.
  • Human-Centric Support: Provide warm, empathetic email /chat support (zero robotic templates).
  • Supplier & Logistics Management: Resolve lost shipments and coordinate calmly with our China suppliers.
  • Stay Organized: Double-check supplier invoices and manage tracking spreadsheets.
  • **Requirements**
  • 3+ years of e-commerce customer support experience.
  • Flawless English (written & spoken).
  • Proven ability to sell/retain customers under pressure.
  • Experience communicating with China suppliers is a major plus.
