- US Power Solar is looking for a highly skilled Web Designer / SEO Specialist who can help take our online presence to the next level.
- This is NOT a beginner role.
- We need someone experienced, proactive, creative, and highly organized.
- **Important Requirements**
- Must be comfortable being on camera throughout the shift (Zoom collaboration with team)
- Must have a PRIVATE office/workspace with NO interruptions during shift
- Must have reliable high-speed internet + professional setup
- Must work Los Angeles business hours (Graveyard shift)
- **What We Need Help With**
- Website design + development
- SEO strategy + optimization
- Web/domain strategy
- Building and managing online web stores/e-commerce
- Landing pages + lead funnels
- Website updates + maintenance
- Improving website speed, rankings, and conversions
- Coordinating with marketing and leadership team daily
- **Required Experience**
- WordPress / Elementor or similar platforms
- SEO (on-page + off-page)
- E-commerce / online store setup
- Website optimization + performance
- Strong design eye + modern web layouts
- Excellent English communication
- **Bonus If You Have**
- Experience with solar or home service companies
- Google Ads knowledge
- Shopify or WooCommerce experience
- CRM or automation experience
