  • We run a portfolio of fast-growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands and we are scaling hard on paid social creative this year. We are looking for a highly skilled Creative Strategist with experience writing and conceptualizing ad creative for Shopify-based DTC brands to become a core part of our remote team.
  • You must understand the full process and must be highly developed in communication. Therefore, please apply with the word lavender before you introduce yourself.
  • Compensation: $7–$10/hr to start. Your rate will grow as you prove your creative work drives real results. We reward performance.
  • **Please Answer The Following Questions If You Are Interested**
  • Do you have experience writing or strategizing ad creative for e-commerce brands?
  • Do you have experience briefing UGC creators (Fiverr, creator marketplaces, etc.)?
  • Do you have experience reading creative performance metrics (hook rate, CTR, ROAS)?
  • Do you have experience with Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads Manager reporting?
  • Are you able to work structured, maintaining a creative testing roadmap?
  • Can you work according to OUR brand voice and positioning?
  • Are you available for 6-8 hours a day, 5-6 days a week?
  • **As a Creative Strategist You Have**
  • Experience writing ad creative for DTC e-commerce brands (Must)
  • Strong direct-response copywriting and scripting skills (Must!)
  • Experience briefing UGC or video creators (Pre)
  • Experience reading Meta/TikTok Ads Manager performance data (Pre)
  • Experience with Shopify-based brands (Pre)
  • Experience tracking creative tests and results in Google Sheets
  • Experience with workflows like Trello, Monday.com etc. (Pre)
  • Experience with communication platforms (Slack)

  • **Your Duties Will Be**
  • Developing new creative angles and hooks weekly
  • Writing scripts and storyboards for UGC and produced video ads
  • Briefing freelance creators and editors with clear creative direction
  • Reviewing creative performance data with our media buyer to inform new tests
  • Communicating with team members who participate in the same process
  • Updating the Google Sheet with all creative tests and following instructions given
