  • We run a portfolio of fast-growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands and we are looking for a talented Creative Editor to join our team as an in-house creative. You will be responsible for producing all video and image creative assets for our paid social ads, organic content, and brand visuals across Meta and TikTok.
  • You must understand the full process and must be highly developed in communication. Therefore, please apply with the word cobalt before you introduce yourself.
  • Compensation: $5–$8/hr to start. If you consistently deliver high-quality creative that performs, your rate will grow. We reward results.

  • Do you have experience editing video ads for e-commerce brands?
  • Do you have experience editing image/static ads for Meta or TikTok?
  • Do you have experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects?
  • Do you have experience with Canva or Photoshop for image editing?
  • Are you able to work structured, delivering assets on time?
  • Can you follow a creative brief and work according to OUR brand guidelines?
  • Are you available for 6-8 hours a day, 5-6 days a week?
  • **As a Creative Editor You Have**
  • Experience editing short-form video ads for DTC e-commerce brands (Must)
  • Experience with CapCut and/or Premiere Pro (Must)
  • Strong eye for pacing, captions, hooks, and visual storytelling (Must!)
  • Experience editing image/static creatives for paid ads (Must)
  • Experience with Canva or Photoshop (Must)
  • Experience with After Effects or motion graphics (Pre)
  • Good communication skills (Must!)
  • Experience with workflows like Trello, ---------- etc. (Pre)
  • Experience with communication platforms (Slack)
  • Experience tracking deliverables in Google Sheets

  • **Your Duties Will Be**
  • Editing video ads from raw UGC footage and scripted content (Multiple weekly)
  • Creating image and static ad creatives for Meta and TikTok
  • Adding captions, hooks, overlays, and branded elements to video content
  • Resizing and reformatting creatives for different ad placements
  • Communicating with the Creative Strategist to execute briefs accurately
  • Being aware of the process and making sure there are no delays
  • Updating the Google Sheet with all delivered assets and following instructions given
