  • You will work closely with a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who owns the client relationship and overall retention strategy.
  • **Your Focus Is Execution And Performance, Including**
  • Building and optimizing flows and campaigns
  • Running A/B tests
  • Analyzing performance and identifying growth opportunities
  • Resolving technical tickets
  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • Technical Execution and Flow Optimization
  • Build, QA, and optimize lifecycle flows and campaigns in Klaviyo
  • Implement email designs from Figma according to brand guidelines
  • Use segmentation, dynamic content, and conditional logic
  • Execute A/B tests and adjust logic based on results and behavior
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyze Klaviyo and Shopify data including LTV, repeat rate, engagement, and list health
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with clear recommendations
  • Identify underperforming segments, flow drop-offs, and lifecycle gaps
  • Strategy Support
  • Translate business goals into CRM tactics and technical execution
  • Audit accounts for flow gaps, list health issues, and segmentation opportunities
  • Support campaign and flow testing strategies to improve retention
  • Collaboration and Troubleshooting
  • Work closely with Designers and Email Techs to ensure quality execution
  • Troubleshoot Klaviyo issues and provide platform expertise
  • Coordinate with integrations and external platforms when required

  • QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • 2+ years experience in email marketing, CRM, or retention marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, testing, reporting)
  • Understanding of lifecycle metrics such as LTV, CAC, and repeat rate
  • Ability to translate performance data into actionable optimizations
  • Experience implementing email designs from Figma
  • Agency or DTC eCommerce experience
  • **Preferred**
  • Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo integrations
  • Background in lifecycle marketing, growth, or analytics
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace
