- We are looking for a customer service rep for our ecommerce brand. You will be responsible for handling >60 tickets daily on Gorgias. You will work with a team of 5 other customer service agents and are expected to work 7 days a week (though below 40 hours a week).

- Worked with other ecommerce subscription brands selling supplements
- Experience with Shopify, Loop Subscripitons, Gorgias, Checkout Champ (preferred), Phone calls (preferred).
- Always active on

- Base pay will be $800+/month + $250/month bonuses (depending on KPIs hit or performance)
