- We are a growing digital marketing agency specializing in high-performance paid advertising and growth marketing. We help global brands and mobile applications scale their user base through data-driven strategies. As we expand our international team, we are looking for a highly analytical and results-oriented User Acquisition (UA) Manager from the Philippines to drive our paid traffic channels to the next level.
- **Job Overview**
- As a UA Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel paid advertising campaigns to acquire high-quality users at an optimal cost. You will work closely with the creative and data analytics teams to continuously improve campaign performance, scale budgets, and maximize

- **Key Responsibilities**
- Campaign Management: Set up, launch, and manage large-scale UA campaigns across major paid channels (primarily Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads).
- Data Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on daily campaign metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, Retention Rate) to make data-driven optimization decisions.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute continuous A/B testing strategies for audiences, landing pages, and ad creatives.
- Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm, brief, and test high-converting video and static ad concepts.
- Budget Allocation: Optimize budget distribution across different platforms and target segments to meet and exceed monthly growth targets.
- **Required Qualifications**
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, or Paid Media management (experience with mobile apps, e-commerce, or lead generation is a strong plus).
- Platform Expertise: Deep hands-on experience and solid technical knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Analytical

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and turn insights into actionable strategies (proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is required).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
- Work Ethic: Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
