• We're now looking for an experienced Senior Paid Media Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Ads) to join our team and help us continue building one of Australia and New Zealand's leading Google Ads and Meta Ads agencies.
• The Opportunity
• This is a senior, role combining paid media strategy, hands-on campaign management, and account management.
• You'll take ownership of a portfolio of clients and help them generate more leads, more sales, and better returns from their advertising investment.
• You'll manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, work closely with business owners and marketing managers, and become a trusted advisor to clients who rely on us to improve their online performance.
• **What You'll Be Responsible For**
• Paid Media Strategy & Management
• Managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns
• Managing and optimising Meta Ads campaigns
• Developing paid media strategies for lead generation and eCommerce clients
• Improving campaign performance across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, Remarketing, and Meta campaigns
• Conducting keyword, audience, and competitor research
• Managing budgets and identifying opportunities to scale
• Improving lead quality, conversion rates, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign performance
• Setting up, testing, and maintaining conversion tracking
• Analysing data and turning insights into clear actions
• Client Success & Account Management
• Delivering results, insights, and recommendations clearly
• Explaining campaign performance in a way CA Team Aus can understand
• Proactively identifying growth opportunities
• Ensuring CA Team Aus receive excellent service and support

• Contributing ideas to improve our systems, processes, and client results

• What We're Looking For
• 3–5+ years' experience managing paid media campaigns
• Strong hands-on experience with both Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Experience managing both lead generation and eCommerce campaigns
• Strong Google Analytics 4 knowledge
• Advanced experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
• Strong understanding of campaign performance, attribution, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Excellent client communication and account management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
